HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER – Eazi-Scents
    1.    Please clearly specify the quantity, fragrance name, bottle size, and any other relevant details when placing your order to ensure we invoice and dispatch the correct items.
    2.    You will receive a quotation via WhatsApp, including our banking details. Use your full name as reference when making payment and send us proof of payment to confirm your order.
    3.    For courier deliveries, please provide your full delivery address and contact number so we can arrange shipping without delay.

COURIER & DELIVERY
    1.    We make use of third-party courier companies to deliver your Eazi-Scents order. While we aim for a smooth experience, we unfortunately cannot control exact delivery times once the parcel has been dispatched.
    2.    Eazi-Care Scents will not be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. We ensure all items are securely packaged before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee how packages are handled by the courier service.

FAULTY PUMPS / CAPS

Our bottles, pumps, and caps are imported in bulk from China, and while we conduct strict quality checks at the factory, some items may still be defective (e.g., leaky pumps or faulty caps).
    •    We are happy to replace any defective pump or cap upon return.
    •    Please note: We will not be liable for leaked contents or cover courier costs related to returns of faulty packaging components.

INTERNET PAYMENTS

No orders will be dispatched until full payment has cleared in our bank account.
If your order is urgent, we recommend making an immediate payment and sending us the proof as soon as possible to avoid delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & IMPORT TAXES

Orders delivered outside South Africa may incur import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
    •    The courier company will assist in facilitating these payments.
    •    Import taxes are calculated based on the total value of your order and are set by the receiving country – not by Eazi Scents.
